In the last 5 years I have maintained a career across media firms in London from idea conception to editing and distribution and gained a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Broadcast Media by December 2013. In summer 2012, as a student at the University for the Creative Arts, I took the opportunity to attend the Enterprise Summer School to develop an introduction to business and to carry an idea myself and my business partner came up with in the spring of 2012.
Attending the Enterprise Summer School opened my eyes to something I had never seen before and that was to be an entrepreneur. The attendance of this course proved a catalyst in the development of a property specific film production company, BrickFlickR Films. This meant taking skill sets from my industry (film production) and my business partner (property development).
With the help of both the University of Surrey and The University for the Creative Arts in tandem with my business partner we were able to help in constructing a new enterprise with an opportunity to hone existing skills and develop and advance a business outlook for the future combining my skill sets established in the last 5 years in the broadcast media industry with the expertise of seasoned professionals, striving to create the most innovative and ultimately original and creative products.
I am currently in the process of unleashing all my ardent efforts to create an absolutely original, new and dramatic fashion signature and label habitus. By embracing opportunities and inspirations from everyday life, fashion is my journey to interpret new norms. However my broader vision and goals are rather limitless! I also seek to manifest collaboratively by raising contemporary voices and establishing a Creative Enterprise!

Having obtained a First Class Degree in Fashion Journalism, it seemed to be the only natural create my own fashion and culture blog, where I could play editor and report on my latest finds. In a short space of time the page views have risen, meaning PR companies have started to contact me to appear on my blog. Using social media marketing, I am growing the readership, which will hopefully lead to making my blog, LOVE & WARdrobe, a full-time profitable business.
I am working on branding, which will include making a cut-out doll- Dolly B- who will be appearing at fashion weeks and events in a range of illustrated outfits which will portray the latest trends, and will work as my USP. The future looks really exciting, and hopefully in a years time I can say that LOVE & WARdrobe will be my full-time career!
